Completing Food Safety Training will give you an understanding of the Food Safety practices in Drakes Supermarkets and the ability to apply food safety law and, an understanding of the theory behind food safety and the requirements to create practical strategies that will protect customers from food-borne illnesses. You will be able to manage physical, chemical and biological hazards in the workplace to protect workers and customers.

Drakes Store Management and Department 2IC’s are required to have an understanding of Food Safety Practices, Legislation, HACCP, Cleaning, Hygiene, and the Audit requirements in relation to the application of Food Safety practices.

This training is a compilation of theory and assessment activities.
You will need to score 100% in each assessment before progressing to the next module.

On completion of the training you will automatically be issued a Certificate of Completion that will need to be printed and given to your Store Manager to be filed in your employee profile.
